War Rewards missing

Everyone in our alliance got their war season rewards except for one member. He never left the alliance and we have proof of the 5 wars he was in during the season. He is trying to contact kabam through their support. Anyone else have this issue?

I am in the same situation. I did exactly 5 wars only this season, of which the 1st one was the 1st war of the season. Ie the glitched one with the scoring screw up.

Contacted support and they showed I only completed 4 wars. And not surprising their records missed out the very first war of the season that I am sure I did.

Pointed this out to Support several hours ago and still waiting for their response. Think they could be investigating.

Update: after investigation, kabam gave the player his season rewards. Hopefully this info helps u @ezgoing

Yup, I got mine too. Glad support listened and investigated, and not insist on their template answers

Hey guys, unfortunately, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums. Therefore, if you haven't received Rewards that you were expecting, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.
