Transferring catalyst between characters

First time poster. So pls be gentle 😉
Majority of my guys are now just waiting on T4 basic. However, some have more alpha than needed and some require more.
Is there a way to move catalyst round between the characters?

    Actually, I meant transfer between characters; not players.
