Who to awaken with 5* science gem?

5* caiw r4 or void r2 with ability to r3

I'm having the same issue. Have both CAIW and Void at 5* R3. Trying to figure out who's worth the science AG I got.

Void. He needs it more, and unless you can take Capiw to max sig right now, his sig ability won't be reliable
