Hello I send a ticket to kabam to change my email but for some reason they refused to change my accounts email. I think it was my creation date that was the issue. But when i looked into my achievements some are unavailable.. help me..

Repeatedly their messages were.
I can not change my email through my own original email every time they said to submit a new case, @Kabam Lyra please do something.
