Why can't I log in to my game

I hafe tried to delete and reinstall game but still is not working. I have struggled since yesterday to log in but it is just stuck on the log in phase... Can anyone please help me with this?

what does the game says? banned? incorrect infos? check your connection?

spamming the tags won't help the cause

No i doesn't say any thing its only stuck at the loading phase it doesn't go any further?
