Best upgrade 5* DocOc or 5* Ultron

I just finished act4 and DocOc it r2 and ultron is r1 both not awakened but who should I rank up 1st ?

Totally depends on whether you need double immune hero. I did at the time I R4 my Ultron. Still use him a ton.
