APRIL UPDATE : ANDROID SLOW PERFORMANCE - FRAME-RATE RELATED?

I have a OnePlus 6 and the game ran perfectly fine on the previous update. Now, the gameplay is super slow and it is difficult to time the parries and dashing back.
