4* gen. awakening gem and first r5 class advice

I completed act4 and got the gem and i was wondering if any of my unduped champs are worth using it since the gems are so rare, or should i save it.
The unduped champs are:
Iceman
Ultron
Gwenpool
Hyperion
Thor
Rouge
x23
Other thing i would like advice with is, I couple shards away from having 3 t4c cat in mystic, mutant and tech class and i was wondering which character should be ranked to 5 first.
In mystic:
duped max sig SW
duped Hood
Duped Dormamu

In mutant:
duped arcangel
unduped iceman
unduped x23

In tech:
unduped rocket
unduped ultron

Would appreciate any advice.

    Uae the gem on iceman, r5 SW/ iceman is what i would do, dormammu on defence and archangel on attack are killers too.

    Personally I would awaken Hyperion. He is a beast. Gwenpool don't need it as much.

    Awaken iceman, max archangel and dormmamu.

    Dont use any resources on hyperion. He will get nerfed.

    Personally, Archangel is a machine gun. Hyperion does not need to be awaken. Gwenpool does not need to be awaken. They are also non prestige champs. Search for videos in youtube of archangel, you will agree with me.

    Dormmamu is an AW boss. Top defense power drain machine.

    Iceman is ok at rank 4 for offense or AW defense at your level.

    Ultron: no
    Thor: strong enough at rank 4 at your level.
    X-23: hell no
    Rogue: beast mode but iceman is better.

    Awaken iceman or hyperion. R5 X23 she's great at every content in game..R5 Dorm he's great defender... Save techs for another ccht(spiderman SE or Star Lord)

    Use it on spider Gwen, Luke cage, or ant man
