Changes to Drax Medium (dash) Attack

Was fighting against Drax during questing with my 5* Blade and realize that I no longer apply 2 bleed debuffs when parrying his medium dash attack. I then tested Green Goblin as well and he only gains 1 madness charge instead of 2. I don't know for certain how Thor and Corvus worked before, but after they only apply 1, and it appears that Drax only makes contact once.

Kabam just a little insight on if he is working as intended, or if he was bugged before or after would be fantastic.

    Yup, I noticed it recently as well. At least this seems like what they intended.
