Didn't see the thread...can't punish their specials. You can add this to X-23...then Nick Fury having charges fall off, domino not doing the same amount of damage as before with a heavy, DE listed as a 20% boost not a 30% so damage given and damage taken now reversed. Could we get a better summary thread of all the things that are broken?
I'm not sure who tests this stuff before release but the number of bugs suggest very little was tested. This is disappointing.
Seems to me that frames are being subtracted. I've noted this in videos previously. Removing frames would make it harder to parry and harder to counter. Also would explain why domino doesn't do the same damage on second part of heavy. Subtracting frames would seem to be not accidental. Can we get an explanation of how all these bugs are possible?

This update has been a mess with glitches. Especially the Domino heavy.
