Killmonger not gaining True Strike after V22.1

I have noticed that Killmonger is not gaining true strike after punishing recovering AI specials also AI recovering much quicker than prior to the V22.0 update

    I have seen this too, but not against every champ. The window on projectile attacks to activate true strike seems very narrow. I have not been able to do it against the projectile attacks for sure.

    Also with KM i cant connect his sp2 after a combo.

    Have not noticed souch problems with my Km. Android 9.0 user
