Fight locked at 30 FPS in v22.1.
I'll add my two cents to the known issues of v22.1, on android phones like the Razer Phone 1 and 2 and a specific emulator on PC, the game is able to run at 120FPS, on v22.0 it works everywhere, from menus, loading screens and most importantly, the fights, on v22.1 for some reason the fights were locked at 30 FPS, it's a MASSIVE downgrade for those with Razer Phones since they are the only phones capable of running the game like this, a few animations in SP1's and SP2's are still actually 120 FPS capable, so it's a weird "smooth-ish" feel whenever you use a special but then it goes right back to 30 FPS. The menus and loadings, quest viewing, etc. are still perfectly fine at 120FPS, just the fight has been locked down to 30FPS, I tested this by installing and reinstalling both versions and the fights are truly locked at 30 FPS on v22.1 while still being smooth 120 FPS on v22.0. By displaying FPS I can see that it is running at 120 FPS even in the fight, it's just the smoothness that is missing, as if it was a pseudo-120FPS, maybe there's a coating of menu on top of fights now?
Before anyone asks, I know some people some times get the "60 FPS Spike" by opening their notifications while the game loads, only the Razer Phones and a specific Android emulator can run the game at 120FPS, it uses Vsync technology to force the game to run like this, the experience is amazing and silk smooth, iOS can't run the game at more than 30 FPS although it's more stable than Android.
The Razer Phones run super hot and drain battery like crazy, which is why I think this isn't widely available even at 60 FPS, but if you got it charging the whole time, there's nothing to worry.
