We all have items we can't use and they lie in our bag for years. There must be a way for Seasoned summoners who have been friends for more than 3 years or so, to exchange equal valued items.

    No. It might get misused.
    This would get scammed and abused so hard it makes Metallica look like a joke. Too many opportunities for cheating and misusing this. Not worth the trouble.
