I feel that allowing (and creating) the concept of Relic Prestige a mistake. Especially since it devalues a bit normal Prestige pushing with champions, since you can just get a boost with Relics instead.

They, to me, serve as a sort of "underdog" appreciation crystal. Those champs who have their actual usage and reliability, packing a punch, unique utility and whatnot, but not at the top of their class just right now.
