He's not stellar by any means, but Rocket has decently solid damage and power control too, I'd reccomend trying him out. Decent utility too.

Mordo can do this aswell, he can hit you with a light attack right after his evade. Which is a bit absurd 😁 Although Player Mordo can do this too, which is useful.
