Domino SP2 intercept no longer connecting

I’m talking about the back draft sp2, when you dash back as the AI is coming at you and instantly throw off your sp2. Pre patch this worked 100% of the time and it was one of my go to moves, especially after baiting a special that can’t be punished but now it fails 100%.
