In reality, we don't have an unlimited amount of units to change masteries at will. But, you could simply make it true by making masteries free of charge for rearrangements

    The Hint is technically correct, Mastery Resets used to be limited, and they got rid of that limitation a while back. And it does say “as often as you like”, not “as free as you like”. Lol

    Mastery templates you can create and save for easy changing would make me change my masteries more often than free changes tbh

    Recovering of mastery points is free. So technically, you can do it as often as you like.. lol
