For some reason, Spider-Man Classic is evading me while I’m using Venom. Has anyone else gone through this?

    Then you just answered your question yourself.^^ Buffet erases your Klyntar buff, resulting in Spider-Man still be able in evading your attacks.

    Venom needs his klyntar buff to shut down spiderman evades. The buffet node consumes this buff thus negating that ability
