Who to level up? + How to use Killmonger?

Good evening everyone!
I'm getting these catalysts daily since I've got the card, and I'm just recently really learning how to upgrade champions (even though I've been playing this forever now, smh). I've got the following three-star champs, apparently with the opp to rank up any of them. But I believe that I can only upgrade one of them because whenever I think I have enough to upgrade multiple champs, I rank up one and I don't have enough catalysts for another.
Anyway, I have: unawakened rank 2 Miles (837), awakened Blade (629), awakened Killmonger (682), awakened Thor Ragnarok (672), and awakened Korg (670). Suggestions?
Speaking of Killmonger, I don't understand how to use his reverberation. It seems like he turns unstoppable at some point in the match but I don't understand how the reverberation works. Can anybody help me out?
