Cannot connect to iTunes Store to purchase units

I've been trying to purchase units for the past three days and I keep getting an error message stating it cannot connect to the iTunes Store. I know it isn't the phone because I purchased a cheap app today and it downloaded just fine. Is anyone else having that problem?

    Same here. Can't purchase anything and I know my payment info is correct. Was able to download other games that required payment through the App Store/i tunes, but can't purchase anything through contest of champions.

    Powering off my phone and turning it back on worked for me.
