Why so many Human Torch fights?

There’s at least 7 in 3.3 of uncollected eq if you 100%. The chapter before he is the boss. So why do you guys give us 12(?) human torch bosses and mini bosses? I’m not saying it’s hard or anything. Just.... a little lazy it seems? I’ve never seen a champ this many times in a eq from what I can remember.
