Blk widow?

Every since I had her and hulk ragrok there synergy never worked together!!! Spider man evades . Blk widow does not. She is supposed to increase evade to 100% all incoming attacks. She evades nothing!! Help! I wanna use this synergy!!

It doesn't increase her evade to 100%. It increases it BY 100%. It doubles her evade rate, which is pretty low already. You're just unlucky.
