Void Vs. Human Torch (Debuff Help Please)

Hello,
I have no idea how I applied degen and weakness on Human Torch...Can someone explain it to me please...wouldnt hurt to know how to apply 5 unique debuffs on opponents with void

I do not have resonate mastery unlocked...Holy poo,since when S2 applies degen?It was just the dark sting before
