I spoke to former kabam employee adora today and she said they do black list accounts to punish some players and there is nothing you can do to get off the list. She said they can rig every crystal for the players the like personally and rig it for youtubers so we spend more. I will no longer contribute USD to this game anymore hope your happy kascam

Whether or not it is far fetched I doubt it is true. Why would a forum moderator even know this if it were true? If everyone at Kabam knows the awful truth, it would've been out long ago.

I don't know if Adora would have a conversation like that or not. But I'm sure there have been disgruntled employees who left. If this were a thing it would've leaked long ago.

This is not true, and I don't like you bringing a friend of mine into this misleading post. We do not alter the RNG of individual accounts, and do not rig YouTuber accounts to have any different Drops than anybody else.
