Duels didn't count towards Solo Event [Merged Threads]

Did 8 duels and used my duel credits which I normally save for item use and my Hero Use score didn't change. Not happy.

For the tech arena battle solo event tonight, I dueled a bunch with my 6* Doc Ock to get to the second milestone and get the 2* sig stone (trying to get every 2* to max rank really soon). But none of the duels logged their normal points. I did 3 fights in arena and those did register.

Is this a "just me" thing?

Hi Admin,
I have used my 5* Ghost for 6 duels during current Tech Arena event, yet after 6 duel wins, i’m still having 0 score? Please look into it! Thank you.

It’s not giving points for doing the duels for this event. I did two duels with my 6* sentinel and didn’t get any points, so I recorded the third one so you can see for yourself. Can’t post video here.

The mystic combat solo did not give points for six star duels either. Didn’t notice until today so not sure how long it has been an issue.

all the lag,multiple gameplay bugs,special attack bugs and hero bugs this is the biggest of all that should be fixed immediately!
How can we play the game if we can't get hero use points off of duels!

Simple, they expect us to spend for energy crystal and keep running the maps within the event timing..

This happened to me yesterday in the tech arena event. I used a 6* to duel 10 times and none of them counted toward the event.

Hero Use, as well as CLASS COMBAT SOLO. I could swear I remember Duels counting toward Tech Combat (etc) Solo, but it was giving 0 pts yesterday.

I know the Class Arena Solo does specifically list Duels as well as Arena in the Rules, but shouldn’t COMBAT cover ALL areas ???

I mean, afterall, there really is no other good use for Duel Credits without Duel Event anymore, are they taking away other uses for those Credits now too ?

At least I'm not crazy. I will say, I do remember seeing duels not count in arena events before. But I do so little arena I didn't pay attention to it.

I did submit a ticket, so we'll see what comes of it. Probably nothing as usual. They always find some excuse to go unscathed and then close my ticket when the matter isn't solved.

Oh, just saw other threads saying Duels NOT counting in CLASS ARENA now also (in past they always have, and had always specifically stated they are included in the rules). Haven’t looked at an Arena event in last couple days to verify or not, think the one I did yesterday was a Combat event.

I had the same problem and checked the "How to get points" for the event. Tech Arena Event stated 1000 points for dueling with a 5* and I would assume that Hero Use has not changed either.

My duels did not count towards the Hero Use or the Tech Arena battle solo events. I would have probably maxed both events last night if they were working properly.

This is very dis-concerning. How do we know for sure that we are getting our points for any event. Is this just affecting these events or have we missed out on other rewards that we are not aware of. I noticed sometimes when you get credits, it does not reflect right away and you go to the home screen then you see the increase.

How do we know for sure that we are receiving rewards in our inventory? How deep is this issue? I have gotten to the point that I have been checking my T5B shards prior to completing an Epic Bounty Mission to ensure that I am getting them.

Thurs Night. SOLO SKILL COMBAT and ALLY CLASS SPECIALIST (Science), both not giving points for DUELS using those classes. Used 5*, and then followed up with same pair of heroes in a Bounty (1 fight each) and they did both give points from the Bounty.

Did this get broken back with the original 22.1 or much more recently than that ?? (I don't know, don’t think I paid attention until noticing yesterday).

I just noticed that there’s a skill arena event and you get points for winning a duel with a skill champ. So I use my 6* massacre to win a few duels but no points are given. Anyone else seeing this? I made a video of it as well.

We are all experiencing it. It just does not seem like it is being addressed. Duels are not counting towards any events it seem. We are all losing points for these which results in lower scores and less rewards for our efforts. Duel credits are also being lost not to mention the 5 we get each day. I am not sure why it is NOT BEING ADDRESSED! Doing Duels is key to completing the Class Arena Solo Events. 5000 points lost just with the 5 they gives. That can make the difference between getting the 4* Signature Stone Crystal or not.

Please address this issue Kabam.

If you used any duel credits, make sure you submit a ticket. They will give them back.

UPDATE... Sunday morning. Both Hero Use and Science Arena Solo Events PROPERLY GAVE POINTS again for doing a Duel now (also works for Guardians Use). So looks like maybe fixed. (hopefully also Solo Class Combat and Ally Class Specialist, but will have to check once those events appear again).
