Has anyone else not received the summoner advancement rewards?

Today I woke up and checked champions to see that i didn't get these rewards even tho i participated all week, Has anyone else had this problem?

they are always delayed currently.

My alliance still hasn’t gotten them yet.

I wonder how the rewards are given, alphabetical by Alliance name, rank, or ???
