Is 5* Annihilus worth awakening with a cosmic gem?

Have quite a few cosmic champs but my luck is pretty bad at getting them. I currently have two gems and have been waiting on a corvus medusa or hyperion.

Take a look at Seatins video on a max rank, max sig, 4 star version of Annihius. If you like what you see then go ahead. To me I do not think it would be worth it.
