Appeals process?
Does anybody know of a way to appeal a temporary ban? From what I understand, MCOC uses some sort of program to determine if you are modding or hacking, and I think I am one of the victims to unfortunately catch a temp 7 day ban for that. I've googles an appeals process and haven't found anything, as well as sent in 2 different tickets to the support line and neither helped with an appeals process, other than stating that I may have violated Kabam ToS due to modding.
Just to add, I have not, am not, nor ever will mod or hack or anything. Its likely just a mistake but i'd like to get it taken care of rather than waiting, especially with the new variant out! Thanks!
