Act 6.1 exploration rewards

my case is the same. completing the act 6.1 but without any completion rewards. official email said to wait fix. i wonder if there is any reimbursement

There should be i spent crazy amounts to get mine done before Aq start and done so about 4 hours early so i could r5 another for Aq starting day.. and guess what? 13 hours still nothing but a check mark? This is beyond rediculous. Totally discouraging so send a ticket and they have the nerve to say please continue to play other content? For what to be in this situation again.. dump hundreds into content and dont get the rewards we are showed? Something has to give this a blowout.. and i dont wanna hear its the weekend **** mine was done before 11 am on Friday. What they off Fridays too?. 12 hours now still nothing! Thnx

Kabam - completes 6.1 and got none of the rewards.
Tried restarting and nothing
Logged 2 tickets and they are closed with no response
Any help?

It's Sunday. As I said to many other people in many other topics, don't expect anything to happen on a Weekend when most of the staff will be off work. Games may run 24/7, but Games Studios do not.
