Fights Freezing

I’ve had this happen to me twice. I would begin a match and the fight would freeze, but I could still pause it and turn the auto fight off and on. The only way I could get out of it was if I quit the match, which would cause my champ to get knocked out. I tried exiting the app and reopening it, but that didn’t work. I also recorded the fights as proof.
