Domino/Red Hulk synergy question

Before v22 my 5/65 5* Domino routinely did 4.8K to 5.2K damage. Since v22 I am no longer seeing this damage. Instead, I typically see under 2K and often less than 1K damage. Was this reduction in damage intentional or is this a side effect of a bug that I am experiencing?

I'm pretty sure this is a bug that came along with the update but kabam has no intentions on fixing this so just say RIP TO EVERYONES 5/65 DOMINO
