Except universal. Literally every universal is beyond god tier. Maestro has insane degen, solid power lock, and crazy hulk-sig-ability-like fury buildup at low health. Collector has everything going for him; plus an instakill on L3. Summoned Symbiote can take down 150k in forty hits no boosts and 10 hits with boosts.
