No ETA on fix issues

The fact there has been no real update on when an expected fix for the extreme issues that have been occuring is very unfortunate. Lack of transparency with this update is extremely concerning. Any time something is questioned the only reapone is closing the thread is not a good look.

    The Known Issues thread was updated yesterday with the status of many issues that have resolutions incoming. We can't give specific dates, but please know that fixes are on the way for many issues.
