Quake & Black Widow syn!!!

When i interpret this synergie it should result in higher dmg of her abilities earthquake and aftershock (potency?!). And increased duration = longer stun and concussion inflicted to the enemy?

I've testet it against ROL WS and dmg output stays the same with and without synergie... so what am i missing?

Syn description is about abilitys not only specific to signature ability so it should work for equake and aftershock as well?
