Great alliance, leadership has been around for years. Barely missed out on gold 2 last season due to some participation issues, but we are working on rectifying that. We want to push into high Gold 2 and run AQ 5x5. Still have some bugs to work out and people to shape up, but things are looking promising. We do understand that there is a life/game balance and you won't have anyone constantly hounding you unless you are slacking or not regularly participating.
