Playing on Samsung TV

Can this be played on my Samsung tv using Apple TV or via another method? If so, how the gameplay experience? Is there any lag?

I've tried it via Apple TV...the lag is too much. Plus the graphics do not really impress so there really is no benefit to doing it imo unless you want to record gameplay.

Tried it on Chromecast. Lag is pretty bad.
