Make forum posts deletable

Everyone has something they want to delete from the forums. If there is already a discussion about this, please notify me. I'd like to hear other's opinions.

    I think that the author of a specific thread should be able to delete that thread if he realizes it was a bad thread.

    Only be able to delete your own posts or threads
    flagging is good enough to show the mods something's up
