    You need to contact apple, more than likely they have a block, it is not MCoC related

    If this issue is present in other apps, I recommend reaching out to Apple's support team for assistance. However, if the issue is only occurring in this game and you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve it.
