Not able to use rank up gems

Trying to use some rank up gems i have but for some reason it shows i have them but faded out so can use them anyone eles having this problem?

Hey Gunners, we're already aware of this issue and as we've mentioned HERE, it will be addressed in the 23.0.1 update.
