I know there are a lot of guides out there but let me just give you the most basic outline (if you have SESM):
1. Use stark spidey for 100% - 30% (with miles morales synergy) - build poise and stun chain
2. <30% = Intercept with avengers - launch SP3 when Thanos is armor broken
3. Celebrate with a drink after crushing Thanos with such ease
