Problems with dungeons

I have been facing this issue with dungeons where as soon as I enter a new dungeon I get logged out of the game.
Device:Asus Zenfone Max pro M2
Cellular data
Game mode : dungeons
Carrier: Reliance Jio
Android version:9
Game version: 23.0.1

    Additionally I would like to point out on certain nodes like the one where the defender is supposed to be stunned and power locked for the first 15 seconds, you place a juggernaut, who starts with unstoppable and hence is stun immune, is impossible to play. Especially when they increase their base damage by 1000 % after 15 seconds.

    Please don't place a juggernaut on that node.
