Looking for 6 veteran players tired of the grind; AW Gold 1; AQ 4x5

We had 6 players retire or planning on retiring soon. We are a global alliance, but majority of us are in the US timezone. We are a laid back group that progress in the game without the time consuming grind. We don't have any alliance event minimums and don't force anyone to rank up champs they don't want to.
We do AQ 4x5 but do not get crazy on anyone for not completing the maps. We still end up ranking around 2500-2800 every AQ week and receive decent rewards. AQ is not our priority since it makes the game almost like a part time job.
We only ask that people are reliable for AW. We have been in Gold 1 since season 2, but we don't make anyone use items/potions and no one gets mad if you end up getting KO'd once in awhile.
