Opened 5* +5 sig stones several times from the greater event crystals and they don’t show up in inventory.

    Hey SCZ, I'm sorry to hear you're seemingly missing some 5-Star Signature Stones from your Inventory.

    Unfortunately, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums so we're limited in the scope of support we can provide for issues like this. However, if you haven't already, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below.

    - iOS Troubleshooting
    - Android Troubleshooting

    After performing those steps, please check the Items section of your Inventory once more for these Signature Stones. If you're still unable to see them, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
