How many times are us foolish summoners going to accept sorry thank you for your patience after we have been beat by Kabam for resources that many of us pay real life cash for, every single month now one of the EQ bosses miraculously has a bug noticed and fixed, which is good right, wrong, cause for some reason these bugs are only fixed a week or 2 after players have had to pump real money into the game just to play the game they love because this company is scheming to get us each month and each month they get us and what is the recourse, once again were very sorry thank you for your patience. How about yes we are truly sorry we will refund you the money you spent playing a broken game like a respectable, transparent company would. I dont know about many of you guys but ive had enough of false apologies that arent even sincere, real sincerity is fixing what you did wrong, not post a cheap apology and quick under the rug til next months bugged unit grab. Rinse and repeat. Thank you.
