I’m trying to use the support but I am not getting the usual email about my number is this meant to happen?

How are you going about contacting support? The only correct ways to do so are using the link in game or this form.

If so, double check your spam folders, as the confirmation email may have gone there.

It’s ok ended up working just don’t get the confirmation email that you’ve sent it anymore
