Spry is applied with no evade

Spry is being applied as a node when the AI does not perform an evade (mid special, stunned, etc). Is this working as intended? If needed I can try to get a screenshot, but it should be easy enough to test yourselves.

From what I've been seeing, it seems like the node applies its debuff when the opponent rolls an evade trigger, even if the champ doesn't actually successfully evade.
