Domino issue with her crit bleed and lucky

I recently took my 5 star domino to r4, i had been playing her for a while as a 4 star and she was working well but these days like the odds of getting lucky on reaching sp2 and 3 have become minimal. Also her crit bleeds dont do the amount of damage they used to do. IDK if this is a nerf or a bug.

Low probability of critics and completely unuseless of the lucky/unlucky buffs

Nah I have her at 5:65 and people seem to forget lucky and unlucky is based off combos quite a low chance originally 30%
