Purchased items but did not receive it

I purchased the advanced catalyst bundle today and money was decided from my card. However I did not receive the items. Is this a con job?

Hey Jez25, I'm sorry to hear these Items haven't shown up on your account just yet. If you haven't already, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve this issue.
