I accidentally returned a $5 purchase from kabam instead of a movie I was trying to return!

I contacted support within a minute of making the mistake, the transaction I'd was next to each other and instead of returning a movie, I returned a mcoc purchase. The support rep said they would have the rep for payments contact at me and no one did and then boom I was banned today!! I told them to correct it and give back the purchase I had made. What is this??? I've been playing playing since 2014 and this is how you treat people over a mistake?
