EQ OG Ultron bug

Noticed more today during master that I am getting the fatigue debuffs from just hitting Ultron. The node is suppose to be off he passively evades a hit. Anyone else notice it or am I interpreting the node wrong.

Even if he dont evade if u stop it by pacify from parry u will still get fatigue as it happens also in act 6 quest 2
